Teams that ship with Nauvo, in their own numbers.

Three companies moved their courier and freight work to Nauvo. Here is what was going wrong, what changed and the figures that came out of it. We share them by industry, not by name.

At a glance

Three teams, three problems solved.

Different industries, the same pattern: too many carriers, too little visibility, and people spending their week chasing parcels.

Case studies

What changed, and what it was worth.

Each team started with a different problem. Each ended up with one booking flow, one custody chain and one team accountable for the result.

Twenty thousand parcels a month, one booking flow

Before

They ran three courier integrations: one regional, one international and one for high-value goods. Each came with its own support inbox and its own fine print. A parcel could sit at “in transit” for a week before anyone admitted it was lost.

With Nauvo

They moved every shipment to Nauvo over six weeks. Now there is one booking flow, one custody chain and one team to call. Ops got back about six hours a week, and delivery questions to support fell by more than two-thirds in the first quarter.

ETAs that hold, customs filed before the border

Before

Their in-house ETA model was two hours out on a good day and four on a bad one. Cross-border loads waited at customs for paperwork, and the freight team spent more time on the phone than running freight.

With Nauvo

They replaced their ETA pipeline with Nauvo’s per-lane ETAs and routed cross-border freight through our customs brokers, so paperwork is filed before the truck reaches the border. On most lanes, ETAs now hold within thirty minutes.

Laptops and contracts to employees in 40+ countries

Before

They send hardware, merchandise and signed contracts to a team spread across more than forty countries. Their previous courier needed about four follow-up emails per international shipment, and at least one parcel a quarter stalled in customs with the wrong paperwork.

With Nauvo

They moved all international shipping to Nauvo. The first hundred shipments cleared customs with no one stepping in. People ops now books from one internal tool, follows every parcel live and gets a doorstep photo for each laptop delivered.

Switching to Nauvo

Moving your shipping over takes four steps.

You don’t need to move everything at once. Start with one lane, see how it runs, then bring the rest across.

  1. Tell us your lanes

Where your cargo starts, where it goes and roughly how much you send each month.

  2. Get rates that fit your volume

Discounts apply automatically past 50 shipments a month. Above 500 we set custom rates, and above 2,000 we write a contract.

  3. Book the first pickup

Same day in major cities when you book before 11 a.m. local, with every shipment covered to its declared value.

  4. Watch it all in one place

Every scan lands on one tracking link you can share with your recipient. No account needed to view it.
