Which service should I choose?
Go by size, distance and deadline. Parcels under 30 kg between cities suit express parcel. Pallets and containers across borders suit international freight. Anything that has to cross town today suits same-day pickup. Not sure? Ask for a quote and we’ll recommend one.
How fast can you pick up?
In most major cities, the same day if you book before 11 a.m. local time. Otherwise, the next business day. Account customers can set fixed weekly pickup windows.
Is every shipment insured?
Yes. Every shipment is covered up to its declared value, included in the base rate. The standard cap is US$5,000 or the local equivalent, and you can add cover for high-value items when you book.
Do you handle customs on every service?
On every international shipment, yes. We prepare the paperwork, calculate the duty and clear the goods through our broker network. Customs status shows as a checkpoint on your tracking page.
